Polar Bears

Barrow – Alaska, is a Nordic territory located in front of the Arctic sea. You can reach this place only by plane, by boat during the summer months, or in winter following a long icy track with sled-dogs. Then you need to drive another 4 miles on the beach with a special vehicle, and you are at the northern point of North American Continent, at 1.242 miles from the North Pole, and the Arctic sea is still partly frozen in June. It’s there that we were meeting the legendary “Nanuq” (Inuit name of the Polar Bear).
