Terms of delivery

BDK PHOTOGRAPHY delivers on the entire French territory and worldwide. Shipping and handling are not included in the product prices; they will be added automatically to the amount of your order.

When ordering a product to a country outside the European Union, the customer is the importer of these products. Customs duties or other taxes that may be required by the countries concerned are the responsibility of the customer.

Deliveries are made to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of the order. If the shipment is not received or returned to the sender (for incomplete address for example), the postage of a second shipment will be borne by the Customer.

Delivery delay

The goods are shipped subject to full payment by the Customer of the order.

Goods are shipped within a maximum of 21 working days of receipt, unless longer period of absence indicated on the site.

In case of additional delay, BDK PHOTOGRAPHY undertakes to inform the customer of the planned date of availability.

Upon receipt, it is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the products and not to accept them if they are damaged.
